Rates

Billing Service Rates are charged at a percentage of your monthly collections. It is our belief that we are only paid on what you have already collected. The percentage of monthly collections range from 8% to 12% depending upon the productivity of the practice, specialty of practice and the labor involved. There also may be a start up fee. This would include conversions and system set up.

At any rate, you will be guaranteed a high collection rate for your charges and enjoy all the benefits of consulting & support services for your practice as well.

Consulting Service Rates are negotiated at the start of the contract depending upon the needs of the practice.
