IBS uses the Altapoint Medical & Dental software with all of its Billing Service Contracts. IBS can also supply your practice with a licensed vendor/reseller to purchase Altapoint.  

IBS offers Altapoint training even if your practice is already utilizing this software.

Altapoint is a window based program which is effective but yet extremely simple. Some of its features include impressive graphics for practice analysis and financial information.

The custom report writer allows any report to be created. The Professional version includes a complete CPT or ADA procedure and ICD-9 built in reference guide.    The Query writer is another resource for special reports. Altapoint interfaces with Quickbooks and Crystal Report Writer. Altapoint has the capability for Electronic Medical Records and Image Scanning. Images such as Patient ID Photos, Insurance Identification cards, x-rays and operative/progress notes can be scanned and stored in the patient’s account for quick and easy access.

The best feature is its simplicity.    Afterall, the software is only the vehicle used to bill charges, submit claims and manage accounts receivable.   The user of the software is the key to the ability of the system and its overall well maintained accounts receivable.
